Warranty & Replacement Policy

DemoSpine products are engineered to meet rigorous standards of durability and precision, making them suitable for routine clinical and educational use.

In the event that a component or part becomes damaged during normal and intended use, DemoSpine may offer repair services or replacement parts for eligible products. All warranty and replacement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine coverage eligibility.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Accidental drops or impacts
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Exposure to extreme or non-recommended environmental conditions

To request warranty service or replacement parts, customers must provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase
  • A written description of the issue
  • Clear images or video documentation of the affected component

Approved replacement parts may be shipped at no cost or at a reduced cost, depending on the nature of the claim and warranty eligibility.
