Due to the specialized, professional, and educational nature of DemoSpine products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
If your order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify DemoSpine within seven (7) days of delivery. To initiate a claim, customers are required to submit clear photographs, video documentation where applicable, and a detailed written description of the issue. Claims submitted outside of this reporting period may be subject to denial.
Upon review and verification of the claim, DemoSpine will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion. Resolution options may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
All returned products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error or defect attributable to DemoSpine.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
